Playback couldn't be easier. Just plug in the supplied USB cable into the glasses and your winXp/Vista PC, and the glasses appear as a regular flash memory device. Copy the video files across to your PC and play them back using Apple's Quicktime software or Realplayer.

Same applies for charging, just plug the charger into the wall, and the other end into the mini USB connection on the sunglasses.
