We would like to assure you that your confidentiality will be maintained in all dealings with our company and we would under no circumstances disclose any information to a third party. If you have any special delivery requirements, please discuss this when placing the order.
Although we may attempt to notify you when major changes are made to these Terms and Conditions, you should periodically review the most up-to-date version. Spyder CCTV Surveillance may, in its sole discretion, modify or revise these Terms and Conditions and policies at any time, and you agree to be bound by such modifications or revisions. Nothing in this Agreement shall be deemed to confer any third-party rights or benefits.
Due to the nature of the equipment any goods sold by Spyder CCTV Surveillance are not sold on a trial or return basis. Although we will give as much advice as possible we cannot be held responsible for the suitability of a products use in a particular situation either known or unknown. However, we understand that a customer may purchase a product in error that is unsuitable for a particular use and we will at our discretion allow a part-exchange to be made for a more suitable product from our range.
Any damaged goods received by the buyer must be reported to a member of staff within 2 days of receipt. Returns must be authorised by a Spy Ireland member of staff and a return number issued. Under no circumstances will returns be accepted unless so authorised and no refund or replacement supplied. All items must be sent via a recorded delivery method to ensure all parcels reach us, lack of postage proof can affect your replacement or refund claim adversely. Once the damaged goods are received by a member of staff they will be evaluated and if a fault is found then a refund or replacement will be issued. If no fault is found by our technical support then the goods will be shipped back to you.
All good sold by Spyder CCTV Surveillance are subject to a 3 month repair or replacement warranty starting from the date of initial purchase. This means that any item that shows fault within the first 3 months of sale can be returned for repair or replacement as long as the fault has not been caused by the user. All repairs are free of charge in the warranty period as long as the fault is not user related. After the 3 month warranty all repairs will incur a fee proportional to the work involved. Spyder CCTV Surveillance reserves the right to not replace an item after the 3 month warranty. If an item has been repaired under warranty and returned to the customer the warranty date will not change to the date of repair. Spyder CCTV Surveillance does not offer extended warranties.
